Pwede po bang kasuhan ang nag ampon sa bata na pinabayaan lang? Pwede pa ho bang baguhin ang pangalan ng bata kahit na siya ay 24 y.o na? Ano po ba ang dapat gawin ng bata? Dalawa po ang kanyang NSO record, at nais nya itong baguhin sa totoo nitong pangalan.

What case she can file sir? the original name of her shows no record of schooling., how it goes now? if the birth cert will be cancelled?
