unfair RA 9262

why is it that this RA 9262 is very unfair for the male? Specially those who works abroad, who sheds tears and blood to raise up his family in fine way. Why is it that there is no law regarding these matter? A father working abroad and a cheating wife and a SURPRISE baby and what does he gets? A threat to file RA 9262 in not supporting his own child. Because they know that they will get much more money than his husband than her paramore and not afraid because she has her "huling alas" the child. Why to maintain herlavish lifestyle even the marriage was null n void she can receive money that's why there are more n more incidents like these. "Mas masakit ung lokohin k ng babae"... Someone out there reading these letter of mine can relate.. Hope this will be an eye opener to the existing law.
