Arresto Menor

Hi, was looking for advice here regarding online scam. Buying po kasi ako noon ng account para sa isang online game, 3,000 pesos. (thru facebook) yung seller ko tapos we agreed to meet somewhere in Manila. i received the info then gave the money right away.

after i got home it was ok, then a day passed hindi na ako maka-log in, yun pala pinalitan na yung mga info nung account.

i know him by his face and probably his name, could i sue him with estafa?

you have a case for estafa but i advice you seek help from the cybercrime division of the NBI because there might be other victims of that scam. The NBI might even have a photos of scammers with the same modus operandum.
