Yes transfer certificate of title. needs to cancel due to wrong documents supported or may we say falsification of documents.

you would have to file a court case if this involves false documents.

if there is falsification, normally there is no prescription. your problem will be if the property is transferred to an innocent purchaser for value.

Is it possible to stop them in managing the area if the case is ongoing? Do i need to BAN for that?

you can request the court for mandatory injunction. if the court approves it, you will have to file a bond.

Atty, we have a seperate land from my mother and father, can we use the TITLe of this land to bond if ever? And what if we lost the case what will happen to the money of the TITLe that we bond?
