Ask ko lang, is there a standard length of time prescribed by law for a Company to release the back pay of an employee after nito maclear sa company? Or desisyon ba ito ng company kung kelan nila balak irelease, like for example, wala pang enough funds so hindi pa kaya marelease or lets say, ibibigay lang nila kapag nagfollow up na ang employee...
If there is a law, would you guys kindly direct me into it?
