Unpaid Loan

Good am. I need legal advise. Year 2009 ng nagoperate ako ng computer shop. I loaned 5 computers sa isang appliance store. I initially paid the downpayment and i issued pdc for the balances. Yung bzness partner ko ang naging co-maker ko.Unfortunately, after a few mos, my husband who has been suffering from spinal problems, was also detected to have brain cysts. He was in and out of the hosp. It affected my business until nagclosed na in span of 1 year. Hindi ako nakabayad sa appliance store. I had no choice but to sell the computers para mailabas ko sa hosp ang asawa ko. Now his doctors require him to undergo Bio therapy every 6 wks which costs us 42k each session. Im only seeking help fr pcso and other charitable inst. Alam ng appliance store ang sitwasyon ko and told them na singilin yun co maker ko who owe us a lot of money too. nagkaroon na sila ng areement but she failed to pay. They still filed estafa case against me. I dont know what to do. May hearing na kami sa June 14, 2011. I have no idea on what to do. Wala po akong abugado and wala din po akong maibabayad. Lalong lumalala kondisyon ng mr ko dahil sa problem na ito. Im begging pls na sana may tumulong po sa akin.

nagpadala po sila ng subpoena thru registered mail. Yun son ko na 15 years old ang nakareceive. They filed estafa case against me and this coming tues, june 14 ang first hearing. Tama po ba na ifile nila sa akin ang criminal case? and menor de edad ang pumirma sa kartero. Pls sana may magpayo po sa akin. Thank you and God bless po.

I have an unpaid loans in dubai for the past 4 years na po but di ko na po nabayaran since nung bumalik po ko dito sa pinas gawa ng di ko po talaga kaya bayaran yung hinihingi nila sa aking payment, ano po ba yung pwede mangyayari kung di ko na po mabayaran yung loan? makukulong po ba ko? ask ko na rin po kung pag di ko ba nabayaran yung loan na yon ay may chance pa po ba kong mag abroad? para lang mabayaran yung loan ko?
