hingi lang sana ako ng advice kasi nalaman ko na isinangla pala ng pinsan ko at nung isa kong kapatid ang titolo ng bahay namin nung april pa daw yung isinangla at wala akong kamalay malay na nasangla na pla yung titolo ng bahay at sabe ng pinagsanglaan ay my pirma dw kameng magkakapatid duon at yung tatay ko rin daw ay may pirma sa kasunduan kahit wala naman kameng pinipirmahan, need ko lang po ng advice

under whose name is the title?

I recommend you hire a lawyer to send a demand letter to the holder of the title to return the title.

what happened to the loan? who used the money?
