Arresto Menor

Ask ko lang po kung anong paraan para makuha ko na ang title ng nabili kong lupa sa villa caceres subdivision in sta rosa laguna. Ang developoer po ay Moldex. Matagal n pong fully paid and lupa since 2009 including ung processing fee at other miscelanious fee pero up to now ay wala p rin ung title. Ano po b ang pde kong gawin para mapabilis ang process? Pde b silang kasuhan dito dahil sa katagalan ng kanilang proseso? If possible paano po ako makakakuha ng abogado para matulungan ako? Salamat po.
