Hi, we have a duplex in the province which we are renting out to two families. Their payments are always delayed, sometimes even for months, and we would like to evict them. I would like to ask about the proper way or steps in evicting them.

is there still a subsisting lease contract? how many months are they delayed? how much is the monthly rent? is this in a city?
