good day, i would just like to ask, i'm 24 years old and my boyfriend is 23 years old. we are planning on getting married, can we do it without parental advise? is the marriage going to be valid? his father is dead and his mother is in mindanao, we are both here in manila. thank you.

yes, it will just take longer, but it will be allowed and be valid.
