physical injury and disallowing to use the trade name

good day! ask kolang po kasi pumunta ako sa tita ko to ask her not to use our trade name kasi nong last punta ko sa kanya last year she's willing not to use it provided na bayaran sya ng 20k for or and new sigange na pnagawa nya.that's why last month pumunta ako sa kanya to tell her not to use the trade name again and to settle yung demands nya. nagalit sya and she slap my face and yung hsband nya whom i thoght na aawat sa asawa nya eh sinampal din ako sa mukha. yung tita ko after manampal yung asawa nya sumugod pa rin sa kina and continue to hurt me. we filed a blotter against her sa brgy. and i had my medico legal. nagpatawag sa brgy. pero di sya dumating ng 3pm instead pumunta sya ng umaga to explain na may importante sya gagawin and her hsband says in his affidavit na di daw nya ako simanpal. pero everybody there knows it. pero m sure wala mag tetestify sa kin except my husband and sister kasi nandon sila pero yung nasa copound di tetestigo kasi takot and dependent sa kanila. panu po kaya yon. i was badly hurt kasi di man lang sila nag apology and di nagsabi ng truth. sa medico legal po nakalagay po na meron contusion sa lumbosacral area, maxillary area left, upper lip left and punctured wound multiple with hematoma hand right. kasi kinagat po ako ng tita ko habang inaawat sya. pano po gagawin ko? tnx po. and yun po bang trade name ay pede ko di na pagamit sa kanya kahit may certification me na pinagamit ko sya trade name. wala po kasing franchise agreement yun. tnx. more power and god bless.

how many days does the med cert say you need to heal? ask for the Certificate to File Action and file a complaint affidavit at the prosecutor's office.

the trade name belongs to me and per med cert i need 15days to heal. i already filed brgy. blotter in the brgy. and we're waiting for 3 hearings so that they can give us certification. though we told them that they don't need to mediate us because we've decided to file a case they insisted that we still need to undergo that process. thanks for the reply. more power and god bless.

if you live in the same city or municipality, it is required you undergo bgy conciliation before you can file the case. it should be less serious physical injuries.
