Hi! My husband's nso birth certificate says his first name is "baby boy" his name is Randolf. We have had a horrible time trying to replace his lost passport because of this. We live in California right now and don't know hoe to get this fixed, any advice or help? Thanks

Thanks. Can I do it thru the consulate in the states or does it have to be done where he was born? What forms do I need?
