Is it possible that suspect could bail out? He is pinpointed by the child, arrested by the police officer and next day in the afternoon he is outside the cell roaming around.

sabi daw po kasi ay mali ang proseso ng paghuli ano po masasabi niyo? kelangan ko po ng tulong tungkol dito.

many possibilities. perhaps the prosecutor did not find probable cause during the inquest or he filed bail.

if the act had not just occurred, then it can be considered illegal arrest.

the proper recourse is to file a complaint affidavit at the prosecutor's office and go through the process of preliminary investigation.
