may marriage contract akong pinirmahan noong nasa saudi ako, for the sake na madala ang supposed child ko daw sa UAE. yung babae ay nasa UAE noong napa register ang contract.napa register ang contract sa NSO even without formal ceremony,is it legal or fraud? yung sister in law ng babae ang naglakad sa quezon city hall.pwede bang ipa null and void ang contract?

if it is registered in nso, the legal presumption is that it is valid.

is this a philippine marriage contract, or a marriage in UAE?

if it was made to appear that your marriage was conducted in quezon city, but you were really in dubai, this can be a ground for a declaration of nullity? is there a marriage license number indicated on your marriage certificate?

a lawyer to review the marriage contract further, and determine what grounds are best to have your marriage declared void.
