I'd like to ask about Korean companies implementing "no work no pay" policy to monthly paid employees...

Is there really a no work no pay policy here in the Phils?

I am currently being paid a fixed rate.
The company pays regular Phil holidays.

There was a Korean Holiday and they asked us not to go to work for 2 days but the management refused to pay us though we are monthly paid.

We told them that we should be paid but they said they wont.

yes, there is a no work, no pay policy, but it should not apply in your case if you are a monthly paid worker. you should have no deductions for those days.
