Sa pagkakaalam ko po at base na rin sa mother ko, not legally separated po silang mga parents ko more than 30 years. Government teacher po ang father ko at mag reretiro na siya this year.. Gusto ko lang pong malaman kung may matatanggap na benepisyo ang mother ko pati na rin po ako? At kung meron man po, maari po bang bigyan nyo po ako ng mga pangunahing hakbang kung papano po ang proseso para po makapag claim?

As far as I can recall, retirement benefits are paid out directly to the employee since he is still alive. None to dependents except if ordered by the courts for valid reasons.
