to be honest, no. but it is one of the requirements of a valid termination for authorized cause so the latest it should be given is the date of termination, or at least soon after.

what if the company claims losses and not paying even seven months after the last day of work? What should I do?

your remedy would be to file a complaint at nlrc

How do I file a complaint with the NLRC? Sorry to ask. Can I do that with a simple letter or do I have to go thru a lawyer?
