if an employee was already terminated due to retrenchment, when can he receive his separation pay? when he completed the clearance? because his employeer said that it takes a months .. is it correct to release separation pay for so long? i thought separation pay must be given after clearing all the requirements for the employees financial assistance while looking or another job..is there such a guidelines when to release separation pay?

write a demand letter.. pag ayaw pa din.. go to DOLE file ka nang SENA claim.
