Hi All. I would like to ask as to how long could an employer hold the final pay of an employee as far as the Philippine law is concerned?

None. As long as it's within reasonable time.

Reasonable time is so vague. Meaning it depends on the employer? Is our labor law does not state any provision on time (days)?

Kung meron, madali sana para sa lahat. But in reality, it can take anywhere from 15 days to as long as 3 months (from experience).

Ask the employer (or HR Department) to be better clarified.
