hi atty, gud pm po! pag po ba na convict ng slight physical injury pde po ba agad mag file ng probation? ano po ang ibg sabhin nun? pano po kung hindi pumayag ang judge.. natatakot po ako kasi yung nakalaban ko po kapatid po ng police dito samin baka gumanti lang po pag nagkita kami sa court.. sana po masagot nyo agad tanong ko. thank po!

in what stage are you in the proceedings?

yes, you can apply for probation if you are convicted.

Hi atty! gud afternoon po, arraignment palang po sa june, paano po pag di pumayag yung judge na i grant yung probation.. usuaaly po ba magkano hinihingi at pde namin ibayad kung sakaling makipag ayos nalang po? thank you po...

moderator

there is no standard amount in settlement. it will be up to the parties. judges rarely disallow probation. mediation will begin after arraignment. focus on that for now.
