Pleasant Day. Last April 11, Meralco gave a notice that our meter is to be replaced because our area has been flooded during the typhoon ondoy. without any hesitation, we complied with the notice. Last May 13, we received a letter from Meralco informing us that upon testing of our old meter, they found irregulaties with the meter thus demanding us to pay P184K for differential billing within 10 days or service will be cut. We deny such accusation/findings and based on the notice, we should have been notified of the date and time of testing of the meter in order for us to witness the procedure. What should we do? thanks in advance.
