Pa help naman po, the electric company found out that our line was tampered without us having any idea. Our parents who were responsible for it have passed away at kami na mga anak nila ang nakatira sa bahay. We didn't notice anything and was once disconnected because hindi kami naka pagbayad kasi nga bagohan pa lang kami. So simula noong disconnection, we have made it to our routine to pay every month sa tubig at kuryente, we still use their names to pay by the way since I have no time to change the names.
My father died 5 months before the inspection and it was sudden and he never told us about the tampering of electricity, so we are left clueless and now we have to pay a huge amount of money. I, the eldest, wasn't there during the inspection, only my younger brother was there and he even had no idea and thought it was just a fix on the line since we get brownouts few times a month.
I am not always there as well because of work and have to be to other places then I went to there office and they have told me to wait for the notice. I have now received the notice 1 or 2 months (I forgot) after the inspection.
The question is, how do we appeal for this?
