NAG PASS AKO NG RESIGNATION LETTER PERO HINDI TINANGGAP NG HR

Hello po. Sana matulungan nyo ako sa case ko.
Nag pass po kasi ako ng resignation letter nka address sa hr, then cc ung supervisor ko dated May 9, 2011. Nakalagay nman don na i rerender ko ung 30 days notice na hinihingi ng kumpanya sakin kc wala pang papalit sa position ko. The thing is, I need to attend the two weeks orientation program ng bagong company na lilipatan ko and that will be on May 16-27, 2011. Kinausap ko ung hr manager namin at sinabi ung concern ko pero hindi sya pumayag. Sinabi ko din na willing nman ung company na lilipatan ko na after ng two weeks training sa knila eh bumalik muna ako sa present employer ko to finish my turnover. Pero ayaw nila ko payagan unless dw makapagbigay ako sa knila ng assurance letter galing sa lilipatan ko stating ung sinabi ko sa knila na babalik ako to finish my turnover and effectivity ng resignation ko. Pero kc prerogative ko naman din po di ba na wag i disclose sa knila ung lilipatan ko. Hindi ko rin nman kc alam kung amo ang pwede nila gawin o sabihin dun sa bago ko lalo pa't pinakita nila na hindi nila gusto ung ginawa ko na palipat sa iba. By the way, 2 mos pa lng po kc ako sa knila at hindi kc ako satisfied sa sweldong binigay nila sakin and i find the job not so challenging for me kaya ako nghanap ng iba.

Ngayon, hindi po kc ako makapagproduce ng hinihingi nilang letter of assurance kc hindi ko cnabi sa knila ung totoong kompanya na lilipatan ko, pag nag imbento nman po ako, baka mabuko lng nila akong ngsisinungaling at mas lalo clang magalit sakin at mgkaground para i terminate ako. They actually hold my last pay saying and returned to me my letter of resignation ng walang pirma ng hr and said they will only relaese the last pay ang accept my resignation if ma provide ko ung hinihingi nila.

Confused and feeling upset for what transpire sa pag uusap nmin nh hr at sa ginawa nila, hindi po ako ngreport sa trabaho ng 2 araw.(Thursday and Friday). Sa Monday na po ung training na sinasabi ko, May 16. Just this afternoon, Sat. May 14, nakareceive ako ng letter from my immediate supervisor na humihingi ng explanation for my "not reporting for duty for two consecutive days" and giving me 24 hrs to answer that letter else, subject for legal action na dw po ung ginawa ko kc abandonment of post. For sure po, hindi na po ako makakapagreport sa MOnday kc ayokong i miss ung orientation sa lilipatan ko. Ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin? May grounds po ba sila sa accusation nila sakin? What about po ung tinender kong resignation letter hindi po ba valid un? Ano po and possible na implication ng pangyayaring ito?

Pls i badly need ur help po. I dont have a bad reputation when it comes to work eversince, nw lang ngkaconflict kc nga ayokong mamiss ung bagong opportunity na makakapagbigay sakin ng mas magandang buhay. PLease need your advise asap kc sa monday na ung training ko.

To begin with, if you weren't satisfied with the salary at the start, you shouldn't have accepted the offer.

While nobody can force you to work for them (involuntary servitude) you must comply with the requirements of the notice period.

bro i think and mali ay ikaw..dapat nung ininterview ka ng "new" employer mo ay humingi ka ng allowance na at least 30 days..para anut anuman e naiayos mo ung sa current employer mo..and mapapayo ko sayo e kausapin mo ung "new" employer mo at sa next batch ka na lng..be "RESPONSIBLE" tol... gudlack
