hi gud afternoon po..ask ko lng po..may concern lng po ako.halimbawa po na ako ai employed for almost 11 years tas po ngbalak ako mgresign for personal matter kaso hindi po pinirmahan ng boss ko or ng top mgmt ang aking resignation letter ang sabi po sakin ai bumalik n lng dw po ako kpag naayos ko n ang prblema ko sa pamilya ko..so ako po ai umalis ng company for 5 years after po nun i decided to myself n hinahanap n ulit ng sistema ko ang trabaho ko dati so bumalik po ako sa company n pinsukan ko dati..ang tanong ko po ai ganito..nakabuno n po ulit ako ng almost 5 years d2 sa company n pinpasukan ko ngayon 11+5 ai 16 years n dpat kung hindi po ako ngresign at ngtuloy ako sa trabaho ko..ginwa po ng company n pinapasukan ko ai ung sa 11 years ko po na ipinasok b4 ai sabi nila wla na dw po akong mkukuha na separation pay pagkatapos po ang benefits na lng na nkukuha ko gya ng sl at vl ai png 5 years n lng..tama po b ang ginwa ng company ko n sa 5 years lng nila kinukuha ang benefits ko hindi nila sinama ung 11 yeras po kc hindi nmn pinirmhanng boss ko ang resignation letter ko e.. so i assumed na dpat po kinukuha po nla sa 16 years..payo nmn po,..gusto ko lng pong malinwan sa sitwasyon..

A person who resigns is not entitled to separation pay unless company policy, the CBA if there is one, or your contract dictates otherwise.

When you resigned earlier, did you get your benefits then?

Even if your employer did not sign the resignation letter, they allowed you to leave and even graciously offered you a job should you have wanted to go back.
