I'd like to ask some questions.
Ano po ba yun public scandal at ano din po ba ang libel?
I post some shout outs in facebook without dropping her name. I admit i gave clues on my shout outs.
Now they told me that they'll sue me and the case is libel.
Applicable po ba ang libel sa internet?
At ano po ba ang public scandal?
Kasi hindi ko po malaman ang exact definition ng public scandal.
Itanong ko din po, puwede po bang full time employed sa private company ang barangay captain?
I'm worried. Wala po akong matakbuhan now to seek legal advice that's why i tried to search on the net if saan ba ako puwedng lumapit.
