Hi Guys,

Good day. Gusto ko lang po malaman if authorize po ang Law enforcer na mag-push ng kaso kahit yong complainant kasi hindi naman po inasikaso within 24 hours yong reklamo na public scandal and naghihingi na po ng bail yong pulis.

public scandal is a public crime, the police officer can be a complainant himself...there is no private offended party in this case...

bail is not required in public scandal, should you be convicted, you'll only have to pay a fine of 200 pesos
