Transfer ng land property rights only to my father

May pinamana po kasi yung lola ko sa amin na bahay at nasa amin na po ang mga papeles lahat po pati yung Death certificate ng lola ko.. pero hinde po kasi nakagawa ng letter yung lola ko regarding sa last will of testament na sa tatay ko na ibibgay yung lupa na yun.. pero yung bahay po ay tinitirhan na po ng mga magulang ko,
Kami na po yung nag-pakabit ng kuryente at tubig. yung lupa po kasi eh RIGHTS lang po na awarded from the one of the government agency. Paano ko po ba mapapalitan yung name ng lola ko sa mga papeles na ipapangaln na po sana sa tatay ko? actually maliit lang yung lupa around 60sqm.

i'm sure there is a govt agency handling the titling, whether NHA or CENRO. you will have to inform that office.

1. Sa tingin nyo po ba eh wala na pong magiging problem yung transfer ng lupa if na-ireport na po namin sa Government agency? hinde po ba babawiin ito ng government?
2. ask ko na din po ito dito. if ever po na ma-lipat na po sa tatay ko yung papeles eh.. puede po ba ito patituluhan ang rights lang?

the ultimate objective of giving rights is to eventually have it titled. you will have to check with the government agency whether you have abided with all their requirements. if yes, then there should be no problem.
