Hihingi po sana ako ng advice regarding on my contract stated that:
"If you, for any reason, terminate your employment with (current company) at your volition, or were terminated for cause, before you complete the twenty four months of service from your start date, you agree to indemnify (current company) the amount of 100,000 to cover all expenses incurred in relation to your employment. This cost includes, but not limited to, recruitment expenses, classroom or on-the-job training, computer based training and other related administrative costs. This provision also applies if you resign within 8 months after you avail of subsequent training program (even after the 24 months period has elapsed) unless covered by seperate training contract or agreement."
Nag-start po ako sa company x last year Feb 2010, experience hired po ako w/ 5yrs experience in I.T. and nag-signed ako ng contract and bago ko po pirmahan yung contract merong naka-indicate na level then tinanong ko po yung hr recruiter ko kung yung level ba na indicated sa contract is for experience hired. Sagot naman nya sakin Oo, so confident na ko kaya pinirmahan ko. Then nung nagstart na po ako after a month nalaman ko na yung level na naka-indicate sa level ko is entry-level (like fresh grad or has experience but not I.T. related) and nagkaron po ng memo nung june na maaalisan ng bond yung experience hired by august. Ni-raise ko yung concern ko sa hr representative ng company kung bakit di ako nakasama sa mga inalisan ng bond, yung sagot nila sakin is nasa entry level yung level ko. Pero nung nabasa ko yung memo na email sa mga ka-officemate ko wala naman dun na indicated regarding the leveling. So disappointed na ko sa company kaya inantay ko nalang po na maka-1yr aq at mag-apply nalang sa iba.
Maaari ko bang malusutan yung naka-indicate sa contract na kelangan ko pong bayaran yung 100k na amount. Wala po akong ganun kalaking halaga at wala din po akong kahit anong pag-aari na maaari nilang kunin.
