ANNULMENT OR VOID OF MARRIAGE

Hi matagal na kaming naghiwalay ng ex husband ko 10 years na. i just want to ask if pwede bang ma void yung kasal namin?

pwede po ba akong mag file ng petition for nullity of marriage or annulment? 5 years na po kaming hiwalay at gusto ko na pong malaya sa kanya... please po atty..ano po ba ang legal advice nyo sa kin..pls help me po

please read through the grounds. one has to exist in order to annul the marriage. mere separation is not enough.

im a nurse. an ofw for almost 4 yers now-married for almost12yrs,a mother of 3 wonderful boys,.ages-11-10 and 8 -my husband is sober from drug use-but im afraid how long he will be sober-first case related to drugs was dismissed.worry haunts me-one of my kid confides he saw him using it,even before my first year that i went to work,.and until at present-when he will be confronted,.he denies-i want to file a petition,.for separation simply because,.i lost my trust,love and respect for this person,.who i consider to be my better half,.who will supposed to take care of my family while iam away-but i feel threatens,..with his misbehaviors,.so with my children-he doesnt have a job-
what ground will i file for this case-psychological incapcity-?how long thus it take to finish the case?one more thing-

we are being petition by his family abroad,.if i file for legal separation would that affect our status -our family petition to U.S and affect also my children's petiton just incse i won the case for legal separation?

Hi attyLLL,nagpakasal po kami ng wife ko sa civil wedding last july 1999,birthday ko po november 1978,20 yrs old palang po ako noon,ask ko lang po kung valid yong kasal namin even with parental concent?
Plano kasi namin mag file ng annulment kaso lang di kami

Just want to ask about my bf status, ang kasal nila ng asawa nya before ay walang married license nakakuha na sya ng Certificate of no records sa Imus Cavity.Pumunta na sya ng PAO Caloocan at ang sabi sa kanya kailangan raw po ng 5 thousand pesos for filing fee at kailang pa raw po na e-advertise ang request nya tapos ang dapat raw po na magfill para mapaviod ang kasal nila ay ang asawa nya.Bakit po hindi pwedeng ang bf ko ang magfile?ganoon po ba kalaki ang babayaran sa PAO?ang alam po kasi namin kapag sa PAO wala na pong babayaran tama po ba?

hello po; nag file na ako ng annaulment case before (2008) kaso natuloy ako sa abroad; kaya nadismiss sa PAO; ayaw na ituloy ng PAO ang kaso; pwede kubang ituloy ito sa ibang abodago; meron kayang hulugan na filing o abogado; alam ko kasi maykamahalan na ito pag nasa private attourney na ang gagawa, sana matulungan nyo ako; gusto kudin sumaya at makapag asawa muli. buti pa ang asawa ko masaya na; 11yrs na kaming hiwalay at may pamilya na sya sa amerika.
