Arresto Menor

atty.since august 02,2002 po kami naghiwalay ng dati kong wife,kasal po kami,and since then hindi na po kami nagkasama ulit,me kinakasama na po ako pati ung misis ko na kasal kami,nagkasundo po kami na wala kaming pakialaman sa isat isa,tas ung tatlo ko pong anak ay nasa pangangalaga ko at ung panganay nga po eh nakatapos na kahit papano ng kolehiyo,
ang tanong ko po atty.pede na po bang maging legal grounds for annulment ung eleven (11) years na hindi namin pagsasama at pareho naman po kaming me kinakasama ng iba?
