unsigned demand letter

i just wanna ask po kse yung mom ko nagpadala ng demand letter then she forgot to sign it daw..ngayon na sight na may technical smething daw po.
pwede daw ba parang magpadala ulet or re-open/re-file nagbigyan daw po siya ng resolution na talo daw cia..sobrang laki po kse ng utang nung tao sa mom ko..
please help.

may concern din po siya kse nagdedemanda daw po tas wala din ngyayare..sinasabe lang daw po na willing magbayad ung mga may utang tapos hindi nman daw naghuhulog kse wala daw maihuhulog..ano pa pong pwede ikaso sa kanila kse mejo malake po ung mga utang tao sa kanya..

failure to pay a debt is not a crime. are there checks involved?

an unsigned letter is a mere scrap of paper. you can send a new demand letter but i recommend you re-examine the complaint whether the elements of any crime actually exist and can be proven.
