Hi! I just would like to ask regarding the House and Lot I purchase more than 2 years ago..Last October, I received a Notice for the Enforcement of Cancellation. When I went to the office last week, the manager adviced me that I could still reactivaye my account but they have to recompute it based on the current rate of the property.which means that the monthly amortization will become higher. Can I just request for a refund of the cash surrender value? what are the conditions?
