2. To receive for storage any commodity of the kind customarily stored by him in the warehouse, so far as his license and the capacity of his warehouse will permit, without making any discrimination between the persons desiring to avail themselves of warehouse facilities (Sec. ;
3. To keep a complete record of all commodities received by him, of the receipts issued therefor, of the withdrawals, of the liquidation, and of al the receipts returned to and cancelled by him (Sec. 9).
The person injured by the breach by the warehouseman of any of his obligations under the Act may sue on the bond put up by the warehouseman to recover the damages he may have sustained on account of such breach. In case the bond given is not sufficient to cover the full market value of the commodity stored, he
may sue on any property or assets of the warehouseman not exempt by law from attachment and execution. (Sec. 7)
