I have a cousin and she had a relationship with a guy for quite a long time. They're in the legal age (26). She got pregnant, the guy left her and now he's leaving with another girl knowing that he's the father of the child she's bearing. What is she going to do?

she has to get him to issue an affidavit that he is the father of the child. if not, she has to file a petition for filiation.

one poster here did not have proof of filiation but filed a case of economic abuse. the respondent bf was dumb enough to admit in his affidavit that he acknowledged the child.

Thank you so much for the ardent reply. In connection with this. Is it possible that my cousin visit to his workplace and talk to him there with his manager? Since the guy is trying to escape and doesn't like to talk to my cousin.

she can do it, but i never recommend embarrassing someone at his place of work.

that is why our laws have remedies.
