NEED HELP! ASAP. PLEASE. Married man having another girl who is currently pregnant. The wife and son was abandoned for about 3 years

Hi i am just concern in the situation of my cousin right now. She is married with a man named Joebeth Manzanero. He just left their house and said that he will just go back to his job. (He only thought it after a year of staying at the house doing nothing) My cousin is an elementary teacher. She used to be the one who only supporting her son. When Joebeth left because of work, he didn't bother to go back and check his wife and son. My cousin found out that he is already has a relationship with his own full blood cousin. my cousin experienced almost nervous breakdown. She almost tried to kill herself. Gladly after several months, she recovers and continue her life with his son. I just want to know if what we are going to do about this? This night we found out that he has a live in partner right now who is pregnant. My cousin wants to file a case that has a sentenced of imprisonment. Is it okay? I want to ask if it is possible. Thanks!

You can file RA 9262 which is the anti-violence against women and their children. Also, you can file in court and ask for a financial support for your child. Bigamy is also another case. To enlightened your cousin further, she can visit the PAO in your place and seek some advice.

makukulong po ba yung asawa ng pinsan ko? mahihiwalay na din ba sila? gusto na kse nya magbagong buhay eh.

a big possibility that the husband will be put in jail esp if the wife is seriously pursuing the case. Separation will depend on both of them if they can or can't resolve the problem, really it's up to them. Actually, before a case will proceed, there's mediation first where the judge will ask both parties and their respective lawyers to try settling the problem if there is still a chance

Yun nga po yung talagang gusto mangyari ng pinsan ko. na makulong po sana yung asawa nya. kasi simula't sapul po eh wla naman nangyre. nambabae pa po tapos worst dun is yung nauna nyang babae ay pinsang buo pa nito. need na lang po talaga namin siguro na pumunta sa pao. para po maproseso na. salamat po sa tulong.
