Hello. I just want to ask what the process is if I happen to lose the title and other documents of our House & Lot. We're pretty sure that this is a clean title and that we own it. We just happen to lose it. Kindly advise. Thanks.

to be precise, it's reissuance of of owner's dupicate. reconstitution refers to when the copies at the register of deeds are lost or destroyed
