Last jan 2011 nagapply ako ng home loan, thru pag-ibig nagseminar na po ako at lahat then sabi ng developer sila na lng daw ung magpafolow-up sa pag-ibig pinapirmahan lng po lahat ng contracts pero ito po ay blanko befro i sign nagtanung ako bakit blanko sabi nila ganun daw talaga my piram muna dapt bore iprint ung mga figures na kailangan at nagtiwala namn ako since yong agent namin ay isang malapit na kaibigan. ngaun po nagkaproblema kami sa pamilya at balak kng hindi na ituloy ito.
Ang tanung ko po un po bang mga pinirmahan ko pwede nila magamit against me? kunwari naghome loan sila under my name at ndi sila nagbayad atsa pangalan ko un, pangalan ko rin ang masisira. pwede po bang mangyari ang ganun?

first you would have to prove your allegations that you signed in blank, and that the written terms are not the one you were agreeing to.

you have to find out what happened to your application. better if you inquire with the pag-ibig also. then request for cancelation.
