Arresto Menor

Hi ALL,

I would like to seek help if you can give me an advice on this matter in relation to Home Credit PH. My girlfriend applied for an installment on a gadget called GOPRO. However she was scared that she might be disapproved so she ask me to be the one to apply for it. Sadly, we broke up and my ex-girlfriend is not paying the monthy dues even she has the loan/account number. They keep on texting and calling me to pay for it or else they will escalate it to a court. I'm afraid of what might happen if I failed to pay for it.

Please advise.
