lifetime card

i want to ask what will i do on this situation?
there is some travel agent who is harassing me for not paying their privelage card. he said it is a lifetime card. it can also used by my family members. at first its a beautiful offer so i said yes to them. but luckily my officemate told me that thing is useless. the features and physical appearance is very simple.there is nothing special in the card. so i called their office saying that i want to cancel it. and then they told me that i cannot cancel it anymore because its already been activated and its on the way for deliver. i told them i didnt sign any papers to them so how come it can be canceled. and i never used the card how come it was already activated? and now his threatining me..i told him im already resign,i cannot afford to pay the card.he said his going to tell this situation of ours to my boss.what am i supposed to do now?
