Credit Card Dispute/ Unauthorized Use of Card

I dont have any intention of paying that huge amount. Cc compny kept on calling. But i didnt answer.

You should keep on communicating with them, even at the moment, you don't have the capacity to pay. Otherwise they will file estafa case against you.

You credit card is your responsibility, they will consider any transaction done using your card as a valid transaction unless you could provide proof.
