Arresto Menor

Hi ko ask lang po. May iilang credit card kami nang husband ko. Iilan duon hindi nami na bayaran for 3 months na kasi nag ka problema kami financially. Palagi tumatawag ang bank sa amin at ngayon yung law office na ang tumatawag sa amin at sinabi na f wala kami reply then we are ready to settle this in court. Aabot ba talaga sa point na ma confiscate nila ang sasakyan namin?maliit lang naman yun amin sasakyan..ano po ba dapat namin gawin. wla talaga kami pang bayad as of now. Pro plano nman talaga namin bayaran in the future. Good payor naman kami nuon ngayon lang talaga nag ka problema. I hope ma enlighten nyo ako sa problem namin. Thank you
