I need help po uli to understand about sa case ng friend k. He called the 1-800 number and pretend as a customer but then he never use any company info or property or even existing info of customer. We have QA(Quality Specialist) pulled up the record call and somehow nkilala nia un voice ng friend k. Then the QA score it as 100% as good call but then suddenly the QA file a case to my friend as fraudulent and that hit the sanction for termination.
My friend and the QA is not on good terms so we were think its a personal agenda. But what we are concern is tama b un fraudulent ikinaso sa knya ng QA.
