I just want to ask if a marriage can be voided. My friend got married to his girlfriend but the signatures on the documents on my friends' side was all falsified/Forged because his parents did not want him to be married to the girl.

The other thing is that my friends' religion is Catholic while his girlfriends' religion is Iglesia Ni Kristo but they got married at a church that is neither Catholic nor Iglesia.

it is only your friend's signature that needs to be authentic. all the witnesses can be false and it will not affect the validity of the marriage.

they have to prove that they at the time of the ceremony, the both did not believe the solemnizing officer had the authority to conduct the marriage. very hard.

there are many other possible grounds for annulment. i recommend that your friend has his marital docs and history reviewed by a legal professional.
