Homehi just wanna consult if the person who got married and has no record of his birth certificate or that person's birth certificate is still not registered will their marriage be valid or invalid?

hi atty,
follow up question if incase the person who got married and has a married certificate/contract but has no marriage liscence or registry number, can he get married again? he was separated more than 10 years now and the girl is already living with another guy?

no birth certificate, marriage still valid. no marriage license, possibly void but still the crime of bigamy if he marries again without annulment of the marriage.

another issue if marriage contract has no registry number can that be considered null and void. and is ther legal process needs to be done for marriage to be voided
