Good day, gusto ko lang po itanong kung may pwede bang ikaso sa sobrang laki mag-interest mula principal na 90k na may interest na 20% umabot sa 219k ang bayarin. tas yung tubo nilalagayan ulit ng interest tama ba yun?

do you have a written agreement to pay with interest? if none, then interest is not demandable, and 20% (if monthly) is unconscionable and can be struck down by the courts.

but imposing high interest, by itself, is not a crime.
