ano po b ang position ko s batas kasi po nag boyfried po ako ng my asawa.. sa totoo lang po hnd ko naman po alam n my asawa xa nung una.. kasi po sbi nya sakin at sa lahat ng mga kaybigan namin hiwalay na sila ng asawa nya at my kinakasama na ang kanyang asawa .. gusto ko po sana tulungan nyo ako ano po b pwede ko ikaso s boyfriend ko dhil niloko nya ako pinapaniwala nya ako ng wala siyang asawa

if he said that he is separated, that means he is married, even if it were true.

you can file a civil case against him for damages.

it depends on what evidence you have available. if you only have your testimony, then you have to be convincing.
