Arresto Menor

Greetings Atty.

My Question is about the probation process. Kahit po mapatunayan na nagkasala tong respondent sa RIRIDP and serious physical injuries pwede po ba cya mag apply ng probation? if true,Eh paano po kaya kung dalawa na yung kaso na RIRIDP and serious physical injury and abandonment? Can he still apply probation for both charges? Is there any way i can negate the probation? May Chance pa po ba ako maipakulong yung respondent? pasensya na po kayo Atty. sa abala. thank you po! more power!
