sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt, particularly if no warrant of arrest was issued. the only way to find out is to apply for one.

i just receive my lift of warrant and it was granted by the judge. can i now get my nbi clearance because i need it for my job application?

what you did was to file bail. the nbi will remove the hit only when your case is dismissed.
