Good day Mam, Nakulong po ako dahil sa theft(pagnanakaw ng Cellphone)Nagbail po ako.
Napagkasunduan po ng nagdemanda at na demanda na magkaayos, sinabi nya po na umattend ako sa hearing ng kaso namin at hindi siya aattend para ok na daw.
nung araw po nung hiring namin hindi din po ako umattend, bale parehas kaming hindi umattend,2years na po ang nakakalipas, pagkumuha po ba ako ng NBI clearance ko may record po kaya ako? salamat po

kung naibigay ang record ng kaso ninyo sa NBI, malamang may marka na ang record mo. PM me, baka matulungan po kita.

Ask ko lang po kung nadismiss na yung case na bp22/ estafa dahil sa bouncibg check. Meron pa rin po ba lalabas na record sa nbi certificate?

Anu po ang magiging certificate kapag ganun "no criminal record" or "no record on file" na po. At minsan may nakikita ko na "no derogatory record" anu po ba difference ng mga yun?

im not sure kung tama itong info na natanggap ko but i think walang record ang NBI jan kung na dismiss na.

accdng to atty mel ng radyo5, halimbawa, nakulong ka, tapos after 2-3 years ata, pwede kang pumunta sa NBI para mawala yung record mo. ikanga, para clean record ka so you can work again and become a helpful citizen to our country.

again, this reply of mine is unverified. i'll try to look further about this inquiry na rin. ty!
