last 5 yrs ago i used another name then i went to dubai using another name. but i return it to the owner 2 yrs back then last yrs they recieved my loan in uae in demand letter from enzi corporation...

now my question is; it is a case of falsification of document even i return it already and then how about my loan in dubai is there any case on that...

you used someone else's credit card and did not pay for it? was this with consent of the card holder?
